"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the...

"Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
