โAll good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didnโt get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please donโt stay at the Hilton. Itโs disgusting โ
โLovely stay, near to car park and my planned events for the weekend. Do wish there was Netflix on the TV. Linen fresh and clean. Bottom of curtains do need some attention. Breakfast fresh and plentiful, really enjoyed. Have gym facilities which i was able to make use of. Thank you โ

Didn't realise the parking is free for hotel guests, ended up paying ยฃ12.50 for overnight stay as the Ringo banner appears just outside the hotel thought it would be a good idea to pay first and then enter the hotel.

โStaff were excellent and very friendly especially reception. Very warm welcome, I liked the rooms, they have a modern feel and the bathroom clean and modern.
Surprisingly good breakfast with all you might like to eat for a modern British breakfast. โ
โPaul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly.
Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.โ
โStaff are really friendly and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable supplied with plenty of fresh towels and room for all your belongings and the restaurant has amazing food lots of choice and good value for money and cooked fresh this is my 3rd visit and will continue to stay โ
โMy stay was amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful always there when you need anything and always respond to you itโs a really nice place to stay for long term or short term very homely and your ways made welcome couldnโt say anything bad about it would recommend to anyone if they want a cheap and exelant survis โ
โHotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy .
Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.โ

Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up.
