Great location & cozy room & kind staff
The hotel locates at one of the best site in Vienna. (Close from two metro station and tram station neighboring Votiv church. The room is well conditioned and neat even though the building is very old. I didn't expect that I could have good breakfast with the competitive rate, however it was really good. I'd love to stay there again for my next visit to Vienna.

Overall acceptable
Located at the City centre. Fairly clean. General supplies are adequate. Completely self-check in, which is ok since their directive is clear and easy to follow. However, it would be so troublesome if you got any issue while you dont speak german. You can barely meet the operator but only the janitor. Overall acceptable in regard to its distinct location.

Sehr gute Lage. Hellhörig, Zimmer von anderen Zimmern mit undichter Tür verbunden. Abgenutzte, alte Möbel, Badmöbel mit Zigaretten gebrannt, Tüten und Fenster schließen nicht.überteuert.

クリスマスマーケットから近い立地のため、家族で利用しました。 最初は受付も無人で、他の宿泊者とも会うことがなかったため、心配になりましたが、施設自体は清潔感があり、暖房も効いて暖かく、快適に過ごせました。小さな子連れだったので、便利な立地でとてもよい滞在となりました！

I don’t mind the old appliances, the very basic standard of the room. Its location is very convenient and the price fine. But what I’m afraid of: That staying in this room for 3 nights might have caused some health damages. When you enter the room, you immediately smell a super moist, old, moldy smell. Is it mold, though? Or carpets that got wet at some point and are rotting away? I don’t know, the only thing I do know is that airing it out didn’t help, closing the door to the bathroom didn’t help, spraying my perfume didn’t help. While staying there (and only for the nights!) I was desperately hoping that the smell didn’t attach to my clothes when leaving the hotel. The cleaning lady did a great job every day, but that didn’t help with the smell.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, cerca del centro, de supermercados y restaurantes, se puede ir caminando a las principales atracciones, está en una segunda planta y se puede subir en ascensor. Nos dejaron ingresar muy amablemente antes del check in por lo que estoy muy agradecido. La habitación es linda y espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia, quizás de criticar algo sería el colchón que se hunde un poco y el piso de madera suena cuando uno camina.

Wenn man nicht auf ultramodern besteht, sondern alten Wiener Flair zu schätzen weiß, ist das der perfekte Ort für ein paar Tage in Wien. Zentral gelegen, ruhige Umgebung, Betten bequem, alles sehr sauber und nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser und einen kleinen Snack auf dem Zimmer.

Im Moment führt eine stark befahrene Verkehrsachse am Haus vorbei (vorübergehend) das erzeugt eine permanente Lärmbelastung; Tipp OHROPAX NICHT VERGESSEN Ansonsten sehr gut gelegen und funktionell. Wir sind schon seit 20 Jahren in dieser Pension.

Ausstattung könnte mal erneuert werden und im Bad könnte auch beseer geputzt werden - hatte ein paar Haare im Bad gehabt, die definitiv nicht zu mir gehören. Lage ist Top, check in einfach, und das Bett bzw die Matratze fand ich super! Es ist SEHR warm und trocken im Zimmer - trotz dass ich die Heizung ausgeschalten und Fenster gekippt hatte.. für kurze Aufenthalte aber ganz gut.

房間整潔乾淨，工作人員服務態度很好，冷氣也很夠涼，夏日十分舒適；但大門標示不太顯眼，剛抵達時由於是夜間又人生地不熟，找路找了好一陣子 XD

Good location, next to the city hall, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and its a nice walk to the center. The stuffs was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

入口と受付がどこにあるのか少しわかりづらかったのですが、それ以外は満足です。部屋は可愛くて綺麗でした。シャワーがもう少し強ければよかったなと思います。

Chambre très spacieuse avec une belle hauteur mais sale, je doute que les draps soient changés entre chaque nouveau client au vu des poils et taches retrouvés sur le lit. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner très basique. Le seul avantage : à 15min de marche des centres d’intérêts. 3 étoiles, où sont-elles?

Logement très bien situé, dans un immeuble plein de charme. La chambre solo était vieilllote mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner correct, sans fantaisie mais copieux. Je recommande, excellent rapport qualité-prix (séjour d'une semaine).
