"Overall this hotel was a good place to stay for our time in Vienna. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location near the tram station and had many places to eat around it."

"Great location, just a few minutes walk from the terminal, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was so much dust on the walls and the bedside tables, it was clear dusting is not part of the cleaning process. That leads me to wonder what other shortcuts were taken. I bring an asthmatic puffer with me in the extremely rare possibility that I’ll need it. For context I haven’t used my puffer in years. The dust bothered my lungs so much I had breathing issues and had to use the puffer. "

"Excellent staff at the front desk and restaurant. Very clean, spacious room and overall a great stay. One warning: DO NOT use the laundry service on a Sunday. We were told it would be a higher rate because it was Sunday, which was understandable. I expected maybe around $100 for a few clothing items, not $253 USD. I do not blame the staff at all, they were excellent. But that laundry charge was ridiculous. Without that issue, this hotel would easily be a 5-star review from me."

"This was a good business hotel, well located near the station with comfortable quiet rooms and a great breakfast. My only grumble is the lack of working air conditioning in the rooms, i'm not sure if it was that the aircon was broken or just non-existent but when the weather was hot the rooms got really difficult to sleep in. That would probably have tipped this into a 9/10 stay for me."
