“The room was a good size and the breakfast was good. The room decor was getting tired. I got two automatic emails through Expedia offering packed lunch but I got no response about contents and cost when I twice messaged the hotel asking fkr more information. Reception desk was deserted when we arrived for checking and other guests had spent 10 minutes searching the hotel trying to find someone. ”

“Love this hotel. The only thing to mention was the littered hallways. There was a cleaning crew doing the rooms, but they just ignored the filthy hallways.”

“A HUGE problem with this accommodation is that even though the owners have written to Expedia to correct it, the listing indicates that this lodging is 27 km from Fram. It is actually 90 km and takes 2 hours to drive, most of which is on very narrow, windy mountain roads. The views are beautiful but we were not planning for such a long and harrowing drive. It is 27 km if you are a crow or have a helicopter. It was wonderfu when we finally arrived.”

“Incredible location and views. The room was showing its age but everything was clean and worked properly. The lobby has a lot of great furniture and decorations with a mad men vibe. I appreciate that the staff was able accommodate our special requests and also arrange pickup and dropoff from the Stalheim Kryss bus station.”
