"We stayed at Federale Lugano for 2 nights.
It is very close to the train station, and easy to get to by taking Funicular from the train station to Cathedral stop.
Room wasn’t big but very comfortable and clean, bathroom was really small but it didn’t bother us.
Best part was the staff - very nice and kind, always smiling. Breakfast was very good - juice, coffee, eggs, yogurt, fresh bread etc.
We also had dinner at their restaurant and enjoyed the food and service.
Will be willing to stay there again. "
