“CAVEAT! I arrived just to find out I have to pay an extra $66.10 dollars for taxes that Expedia already charged me. Either I paid or I didn't get the room. I complaint to Expedia by phone, I was left a long time on line, finally somebdy took my call from an Asian call center and was totally unhelpful.
Even showing with my invoice to the hotel personnel did not solve the problem. They refused point blank to aknowledge payment done to Expedia.
