“Due to families having ball Tournaments, with a respect to the kids, we were unable to even get near the pool. Kids were having a great time, but they were the only ones. Then parents pulled out a grill n vehicles across from the pool and prepared dinner. You could not drive through. I love everything about family, but this was truly overwhelming. “This hotel was so refreshing and clean after having some truly horrible experiences with hotels over the years. I went out of my comfort zone which is marriott hotels, and tried this one. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and esthetic of this hotel and can't wait to stay at another in the future! Adios marriott, you've done us wrong over the years! Hello ihg!”

“So disappointed the pool was closed!!! The site stated it was under renovation and would be completed before our reservation date. The hotel seemed bewildered about it. Newly renovated and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not great, the exact same 3 days.”

“The quality inn is located nearby walmart and other convenient facilities. There were also restaurants and food places nearby that allowed easy movement by walking distance. The employees were very helpful when asked with questions. The parking area was spacious, allowing many cars to park nearby rooms. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I had an above satisfactory stay in quality inn.”

“Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. ”

“This hotel is full of bedbugs. I checked in by midnight & as I enter the room there were bedbugs crawling all over the bed. I straight away went to front desk & showed the pictures to hotel person & he simply said I don’t know. I asked him to cancel the reservation and went to different hotel. Raised a case with Expedia for refund which is also failed. Worst experience with hotel as well as Expedia.”
