"Even with the renovations happening, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The rooms were excellent.
Only a few complaints: we were told there wasn’t breakfast due to renovations, yet later found out they had something set up on Floor 2. The other concern, on floor 8 last night an alarm was going off in a room 2 doors down. Called the lobby from the phone in room and there was no answer, called the main number from my cell phone, was answered with a please hold and I stayed on the line for exactly 10 minutes and nobody got back in the phone. Being in a hotel with what sounded like a fire alarm and not having anyone from the staff to answer our call or get back in when they did answer/. Was concerning, but I went into the hall and was told by the occupants of the room, it was an alarm in their bathroom. Would have liked assurance from staff.
With that being said, we would absolutely return to this location because of the cleanliness and location."
