“Clean,.”

“Absolutely disgusting room that doesn't seem to have ever been cleaned. Hair strands in the bed, soap scum and mold/dirt in shower and around sink, furniture stained and uninviting, absolutely deceptive photos (looked brand new) compared to live condition of room. Hot water didn't work. Bed uncomfortable. No service or cleaning during the full length of stay. Staff was only responsive by request but not proactive in any sort of maintenance schedule. Can't complain much due to the cost but there...

“ I would give it 2 stars. Slept with the furniture and my luggage pushed against the door and worried about my stuff when I went out. Nothing happened so perhaps I was paranoid and it's an interesting neighborhood, very:"authentically Vietnamese " as they say.

“Shower pipe was broken and the water was leaking gosh”

“Good”

“My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...
