"Checked in and didn’t know that check out time was 10:30am. So I called to get a late check out after looking up my name and room number I was told that they didn’t have any more late check outs available. Yeah ok. So at 10:27 am there’s a knock on the door. I said ok we are coming out but the person still unlocked and opened up the door anyway. For as much as this room cost that was highly unacceptable "

"Pro's Plenty of parking. Check in a breeze. Housekeeping, friendly and helpful. Overlooks the ocean with great views. Nice size kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Management dealt swiftly with a loud music issue twice. Con's Could use better grade toilet paper. Back door didn’t lock well. "

"It was overall a great stay. We got there early, and we were able to get early check in. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite, and it was perfect. The view was great, the bed was really comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. "

"My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The room and property were very clean, the pools were well kept and you cannot beat the location. The parking garage is about a block away but an easy walk. Our patial ocean room was pretty much full view. We plan to visit again. "

"hotel is outdated and hallway stinks and furniture was a bit old and warn down however the view of the ocean is the only thing worth it about this hotel"
