"The staff was great and very helpful , there were things that could have been better , there were knats in the room , one flew into my drink that was sitting there , the balcony could have used some cleaning , there was sand all over the table that was out there and chairs . The view however was just amazing . Breakfast was just ok . Also WiFi kept going in and out ."

"Ceiling air conditioner directed constant stream of cool to cold air directly onto bed making one side nearly useless. Bedding arrangement of single duvet made it impossible to balance protection against the gale from the ceiling. Front desk did discount us for the inconvenience, but the situation needs to be addressed in my opinion. Otherwise stay was great."

"This vacation club is relatively clean and comfortable, at least it was after we changed rooms because the room they placed us in was still dirty. Unfortunately we didn't notice it until we made our first trip in with most of our luggage and some groceries. We had to load everything back into the car, drive back to registration (this is not a small property) and we were assigned a new room. The second room was clean and comfortable. Overall the property has some nice amenities but we didn't take advantage of them as we were there to visit Williamsburg and the local theme parks. I did, however, try to get lunch one day around 2 pm and their onsite restaurant was closed. When I got there, the hours only indicated breakfast and lunch but the menu they gave us at checking had breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The rooms could definitely use some upgrading but, for the price, it was a good place to stay with plenty of room for up to 6 guests."
