Great value for money and excellent service

Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception.

Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Al lado del parque de la Florida y en un paseo te plantas en el centro de Vitoria. Personal muy atento con buenas recomendaciones. Detalles en la habitación y pequeña limonada de bienvenida que estaba deliciosa. El único hic era que nuestra habitación no tenía vistas, sólo a una calle y un edificio feo, pero nos vino bien porque eran fiestas y no se escuchó ningún ruido. La habitación para pareja y niño muy amplia y cómoda. Estupendo ambiente de jazz!!

Séjour en famille

Séjour agréable, juste un petit bémol sur la chambre du dernier étage, étant sous les toits la chaleur était assez importante et la climatisation pas suffisamment fonctionnelle. Rien à dire sur le reste du séjour, accueil très agréable et buffet du petit déjeuner suffisant.

A éviter !

La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo. La chambre est minuscule et la porte de la salle de bain se ferme avec difficulté en forçant avec les 2 mains, pareil pour l’ouvrir. Les rideaux des fenêtres sont trop court… Les draps, oreillers et couvertures étaient un peu sales… avec des cheveux. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés, c’est une construction ancienne. Le bruit du parquet est insupportable, on entend tout des chambres à côté, et on entend également des personnes marcher dans le couloir ou les autres étages jusqu’à tard le soir et assez tôt le matin, comme si la même personne faisait les 100 pas, mais c’est sûrement un bruit produit par toutes les personnes occupants l’hôtel. Le chauffage est trop chaud, mais j’ai compris pourquoi…, je n’ai pas changé de le réglage du thermostat et pendant la nuit il faisait froid… je pense qu’il y a des problèmes d’isolation. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux manger dehors… il n’y a pas grand chose et la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous.

La estancia estuvo bien en general. La habitación grande y confortable, el problema fue el baño que era minúsculo y el WC te tenías que sentar de lado. El desayuno un poco escaso para su precio.

¡No volvere!

El día de llegada, la recepcionista no fue muy desenvuelta. Llegamos a la una y nos dijo que nuestra habitación aún estaba ocupada, cuando se han de desalojar las 12h. Volvimos a las 14h para el ingreso y le dije que teníamos prisa porque nos esperaban para comer y tardó en darnos las maletas (las habíamos dejado en consigna). El hotel es muy viejo, el baño pequeño y el suelo, supongo que es de madera, hace que cada vez que el de la habitación de al lado se desplaza, cruja de tal manera que parece que está a tu lado. En fin, no volveré.

Experiencia muy buena. Ubicación perfecta. Servicio y atención realmente bueno. La habitación y la tele algo pequeñas (pero también es verdad que cogí la opción más barata), y algún retoque menor no vendría mal. Totalmente recomendable. Yo repetiría si vuelvo a Vitoria.
