To check in and check out the same staff member was rude and stressed. The elevator was broken, the AC was low powered, breakfast was not really much, beds were hard. Great location for Ironman finish.

Great value for money and excellent service

Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception.

Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

Unfortunately, some facilities should be renewed (ie the bathroom). Rooms are very noisy and it is possibel to hear from one room to the other one.

The TV in my room did not work. Apparently, it needed to be re-programmed but, as a guest/customer, I would not expect to have to do that myself.

A éviter !

¡No volvere!

Totalmente recomendable. Yo repetiría si vuelvo a Vitoria.
