"We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again."

Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. "Small three-star hotel with a minor rooftop pool (in a fairly poor condition). Beds not very comfortable, and room had a strange soap-like smell. That being said, the staff were very friendly, and they made up for the mentioned points of improvement. All in all, an okay place to stay."
