“A fantastic hotel from check in to check out. All the staff are wonderful & very helpful. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and great air-con (definitely needed when the temp was 35-36 degrees during our stay). “Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area.
