โThis facility reminded me of the motels/inns of years ago. Exceptionly clean, well maintained and hints of home. All personnel were pofessional...clean uniforms, smiling faces and totally helpful. Front desk persons were dressed perfectly...no sloppy attire as we find in most hotels today. I totally (100%) would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to the Lockport area.โ

โHart Hotel was perfect. Medina was charming, people very friendly. You just go to your room with the code that is texted to you. Our room was a studio with small kitchen area. Hotel is convenient to the Erie Canal and we stored our bikes inside. The Newell bar in the lobby was very inviting and the employees very pleasant.

โThis is a very unconventional arrangement for a hotel. It does not even have a reception desk. The owner, who lives remotely, provides entry and room door combinations. Fortunately, he reached me via phone when I was on the road. IMO, however, booking services (e.g., trivago, expedia) need to ascertain that as part of the booking process and forewarn clients of the unconventional nature of this place.โ
โOverall good service. I got a disable room and quite close to the lobby and couldnโt really sleep the last night due to some noise. Other than that it was great!โ
