“This was the most magical place I ever stay!! It was everything I wanted and more . The staff was so amazing , the room was picture perfect and when they gave me the room key it was a real door key not a card and it had a cute skeleton key with it , I love all of the charm .The way it was decorated and the vibe was fantastic . It’s hard to describe the way that hotel made me feel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much you made the 800 mile drive worth it 😀”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Grenoble House. Very surprised at how large our room was. We thought that the room was very upscale and beyond what we had expected. We have stayed at several other hotels and our impression was that the Grenoble House would be difficult to beat anywhere in the French Quarter. Given the opportunity, we would stay at the Grenoble House again.”

“The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.”

“The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone.”

“I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker that was the correct number. Upon check out they asked me if I parked a car I said no. She supposedly emailed the receipt. I never got it. Just checked my credit card and they charged me...
