"Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect, the hotel was clean, staff was amazing,the beds were so comfy and best part is the train station to go into Brussel was directly opposite so it was easy and fast to head into the city. The car park was safe and easy to find. Thank you for this beautiful stay, my family and myself enjoyed every second of this trip 10/10."

"Very bad stay. This hotel does NOT have a real aircondition as stated on their details. It’s rather a central fan that was not working and when I asked the receptionist they said it’s better just to open the window. You can imagine the nosie ang bugs when you leave the window open trying to get some sleep. The shower is an open area into the room - no door."

"The check-in was very efficient and the staff upgraded us to a lovely corner room (great for our last night in Belgium and with an early wakeup to go to the airport). I think they felt badly for us because the airport shuttle is not a continuously running shuttle -- it takes a major break midday when air traffic is down. We had taken a TRAIN in from Antwerp, arriving around 3 and shuttle didn't start up again until 5:30 or so. Fortunately, the 6:05 am shuttle WAS running to get us to the airport in time for our flight. Hotel was clean, new, QUIET (esp. for being near an airport) and the restaurant was more than serviceable. Thanks!"

"The character and cleanliness was amazing. Unfortunately we stayed in a recent heat wave and with no air conditioning it was hot but we were able to ask the front desk for an extra fan which was a life saver. Really good place to stay - quiet and easy to get everywhere. Would stay here again for sure despite the heat wave"
