Hotel was very nice and clean. Parking was very convenient. Guest services was very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options. Rosa was very friendly. Hotel is very close to downtown area and you can see Baylor University stadium across the street. Best Hotel I have stayed at in a long time! Beautiful well maintained property. Room was very nice & CLEAN! Comfy beds, quiet area. Hair dryer was bomb, Im gonna order one for home. The Dove body products were really nice as well. I especially liked the lotion and shower gel. Plenty of charging ports (USB AND USB-C) built in room. Refrigerator and microwave nice clean. Friendly professional and knowledgeable staff. Great amenities. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Didn’t use their onsite laundry with double front load washers and dryers but nice to know they are there if needed. Ordered Doordash and it was delivered in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this property and will use again when visiting Waco, TX! #OklahomaCity USA 🇺🇸
