“The Petra Pillars Hotel was incredible. We absolutely loved our time Jordan but our experience with the staff here was one of the highlights. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived and made sure we had an amazing experience. They heard it was our honeymoon so our room was decorated when we arrived, and we were given the cutest heart-shaped cake during dinner one night to further celebrate! “When we arrived in Wadi Musa, the hotel was closed. They moved us to a nearby hotel instead.
However, they repeatedly insisted they hadn’t received our payment—even though we had already paid through Hotels.com—and tried to charge us again.”
