“Excellent and beautiful view ”

“Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay! ”

“호텔의 위치, 객실 청결도는 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 조식는 너무 부실해서 단 이틀이였지만 지겨웠구요. 프론트의 직원들은 매우 친절했으나 조식 계란을 주문할때는 짜증섞인 직원의 표정이나 태도에서 조금 불편함을 느꼈습니다. 방음상태도 너무 안좋아서 옆방의 대화소리도 다 들리는 수준이였어요. 나머지 청결도나 객실상태는 좋았습니다. 렌트카를 이용 하신다면 페트라에서의 이동거리가 짧아 위치상 좋습니다.”

“가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 객실 관리는 최선을 다 합니다. 프론트직원의 대응은 차갑습니다. 레스토랑의 직원들은 절대적으로 교육이 필요합니다. 손님이 레스토랑이용 중 임에도 자기네끼리 수다를 떠느라 손님의 동선을 막는등 기본적 예의도 없는 행동을 스스럼없이 합니다. 자기들끼리 낄낄거리며 웃고 떠듭니다. ”

“The hotel was quite nice. There was great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was typical of all of the other hotels I stayed at on my trip. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a lot of hard water/mildew around the base of the shower. The hotel would be exceptional if they would just bleach the bathroom. Other than that is was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I stayed there 2 nights and I enjoyed staying there. Staffs were helpful, though not very much welcoming. Location was 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Petra and nice restaurants nearby. The only -ve was smoking inside the building, I was with my child.”
