"This motel was exceptionally clean. I worry about getting a no-tell-motel but the Blue Spruce was very clean and easy to check in and out of. Dated fixtures and rooms but I really didn’t care because it was clean. The beds I would rate a 6.5 out of 10, they were clean but sunk into the middle for sure. For the price this time of year in Port Austin- can’t beat it. My kid enjoyed the heated pool, too."

"Great place to stay as long as you are not needing a pool to entertain kids. Being an adult, I didn't need the pool, and it was great parking and quiet area of town. I would recommend staying here."
