โI loved room 121. It was a beautiful architecture and view. Very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were super friendly, offered us a check in drink, but I was almost late for my BYOB Urban Pirate cruise, so I had to decline. There is a bakery right around the corner, and lots of great food and shopping to walk to. I was there to enjoy the old town walks and shops and I sure did!โ
โBy home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?โ
โWe were blown away by the accommodations. The hotel is modern but feels like home. Our โapartmentโ had plenty of natural light and was spacious and clean. They have everything you could need to be comfortable including a washer and dryer. The pool was enjoyable with pa view of the water and the Under Armour Campus. The coffee shop was nice to have and there are great dining options that are walkable. The staff was very friendly and we canโt wait to come back.โ
โClose proximity to everything in the inner harbor. Parking was free and the nightly rate was very modest given the area. And the cooked to order breakfast was great! โ

However, on the day of check-in, the front dest staff informed me that my reservation had been transferred to another location due to maintenance issues at the hotel, and the staff instructed me to go there.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and it was the first time in my life that I had experienced such a thing.
