"They nickel and dime you on the parking, on the fee of $25 for Wi-Fi and the gym . The person at the front desk would rather be anywhere but there. Weak electric car charging station. And only one. it wasn’t a fun experience. I cannot recommend it."

"We were put in the wrong type of room which was manageable but annoying when traveling with a child. They only refreshed towels once during our stay of 4 nights and the room had a spot where the fridge had clearly leaked prior to us arriving, leaving it soggy. The room was dark. The staff was wonderful and very friendly but the hotel itself left much to be desired. You have to reserve a pool time as well which was a pain. "

"The building is a nice example of 1930s style and architecture, but it shows serious signs of wear and tear in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are modest at best. The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're actually offering. "Not worth the price. The room temperature was hard to regulate. There was an espresso machine but no regular coffee machine. No bottled water, just absurdly priced drinks and snacks. A restaurant in the building charged a "facilities fee" in addition to the dining charges. The hotel added an "incidentals" charge of $195 to the bill "in case" I bought "incidentals", which I didn't. I'm still waiting for the refund."

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."
