모든 편의 시설이 다 갖춰져서 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 세탁기, 식기세척기 세제, 행주, 샴프, 린스, 바디워디 뭐 다 갖춰져 있습니다만 2박 이상 머무시면 추가로 더 준비해 가셔야 해요. 비치되어 있는 양은 1-2일 정도면 다 소진됩니다.

퀸즈마켓 가깝고요. 고급 펜션 생각하시면되요. 전반적으로 다좋고, 리조트피 말고 목적지피와 청소피가 무조건 나와요. 예약화면에서 보세요. 목적지피와 청소피는 한국에서 생소합니다. 시설 만족합니다.

잊을 수 없는 석양과 밤하늘
바로 바닷가에 위치하여 항상 바다를 볼 수 있었고 특히 석양무렵 풀장에서 감상한 풍경은 오래토록 저희가족들에게 추억이 될 것 입니다.

Nice place for family
Good location to access to highways, convenient to use shopping mall at Wailkoloa. Fantastic view from the pool (but no direct access to beach). Room was well equiped with kichenwares, laundry machine and so on. Good place for family travellers. A bit disappointed with no turndown service, considering the price. I would like to urge someone who is considering this place that this is not hotel at all, but more like a house rent. It's not all bad cuz my husband actually liked the fact that it felt like a house, not a hotel. The biggest disappointment to me was that the bedding looked worn out quite noticeably.

진짜 최고..!!!
정보 하나 없이 사진만 보고 예약했는데 정말이지 기대 이상이었습니다. 일단 새로 지은 리조트라 거의 모든 시설이 최신식인데다 새것이었구요, 객실별 전용 주차장이 두 칸이나 됩니다. 하나는 집 바로 앞 전용 차고, 또 하나는 바로 근처에 있는 일반 주차장... 2인으로 예약했는데 기본 4인실로 세팅되어 있구요, 더블베드룸 하나, 트윈베드룸 하나, 화장실 두개, 거실, 주방, 세탁실, 테라스로 되어 있는데 넓기도 하거니와 구석구석 센스있게 꾸며져 있어서 발 들여놓는 순간 너무 신났습니다 ㅎㅎ 게다가 근처에서 놀 수 있게 부기보드랑 테니스 라켓, 테니스공도 비치되어 있고 주방에는 온갖 주방기구가 다 있었어요. 오븐, 전자렌지, 식기세척기, 블렌더, 커피메이커에다가 각종 요리도구들과 수많은 식기들...;; 진짜 놀랐습니다 ㅎㅎ 마당에는 곳곳에 테이블과 그릴이 있어서 바베큐도 쉽게 할 수 있고요. 수영장도 참 좋습니다. 수영장이 선셋을 감상하기 가장 좋은 장소인데 정말 환상적이었어요 - 그리고 객실마다 따로 설치되어 있는 무선 와이파이!! 정말 최곱니다 ㅠㅠ 들어갈 때 미리 이메일로 받은 키번호를 알고 있어야 리조트 입장이 가능하고요, 아침식사를 무료로 주는데 그건 별로 기대하지 마세요. 그냥 빵이랑 과일푸딩, 커피, 오트밀 정도예요. 일반 호텔급 아침부페 기대하시면 엄청 실망하실지도... 그것 빼고는 정말 최고! 대박이었습니다!! 신혼여행으로 다녀왔는데 완전 반했구요 또 기회가 있으면 정말 다시 가고 싶어요~~ 할리카이 강추!!

Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit

Dishwasher didn’t work until we spent half an hour cleaning it The blender was filthy and we had to clean it also. The BARBEQUE CAUGHT ON FIRE! - hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests from the looks of it. Toaster didn’t work. I called a month ahead to let them know we had increased our numbers but I was basically accused of being a liar, even though I showed my phone log and long distance charge. We have stayed there numerous times and it has definitely gone downhill and we won’t be back.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, pool was perfect, gym was great. My kids loved the food at the pool bar and it was affordable. Saw whales while on the treadmill. Great beaches nearby, including the black sand beach. We will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Hali Kai
Unit was very clean. Bathrooms were spacious, especially the one by the master bedroom. Living space was comfortable as well as the beds.

Toilet water flush not strong. The rate on Expedia was not the rate the hotel charged me. It was $70 more expensive which is deceptive and dishonest. Both showers did not have hot water but after we complained, then it became hot.

Beautiful location
We loved our location at the Halii Kai. The grounds are beautiful and it is a super quiet location. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. My kids especially loved having twin beds so they had their own sleeping space. The carpet is a little stained on the way into the unit, despite having walk-on rugs and a policy to remove shoes. We also wish that there was a vacuum in the unit, since the area under the kitchen table is carpeted and we would have loved to clean up any small crumbs that might have fallen. Other than that, the kitchen had everything we needed and we especially appreciated having a washer and dryer. The pool was small and not conducive to the teen crowd playing catch or anything like that, but was fine to relax in after a day at the beach.We would definitely stay here again.

Helen at the check in office was very helpful. Quiet resort. Not your ordinary swimming pool tho. Please be advice that there are two lava rock stonewalls that are in the pool below water level that you can’t see at all until you scrape your legs on it. They mention nothing about it either. Swimming area is small and awkward. Not kid friendly at all!!! We had to pay for Hilton Waikoloa pool passes so that the kids could enjoy swimming. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend staying there with kids. The condo itself was clean and beautiful tho. Seems more for older retired people.

It is a good place for family vacation and the property has everything we need. The resort has a good environment and beautiful view. The property staff is kind and nice. We had a very good experience and definitely will come back when we visit big island next time.
