"The property is dated but the places are quite large with big decks.
We had a termite issue in our kitchen that couldn’t be resolved while we were in it. They offered to move us but we decided to just deal with the cleaning the counters and stove top rather than move to a less desirable unit.
One pool, the nicest one, was not open for several days during our stay.
The property was reasonably priced."
"The property is beautiful and vast, although the cottages are a bit old. Located next to the water but not the water to swim in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
"From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try some other restaurants in addition to the ones at the hotel. Perfect access to the beach and fun trails to walk/hike."
"The room was very clean, my husband and I also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided such as the cooler and beach towels already in your room to use. As well as the umbrellas and beach chairs you could rent for free from the front desk as well as board games and dvds. I would absolutely stay here again. There are also no resort fees you are stuck with at the end to pay. The resort is located right in Princeville and about 8 minutes from Hanalei Bay."
"AC did not work on the final night which they admitted on the last night of our stay. Staff was very nice and the resort is beautiful. I would stay there again."
"Beautiful resort; loved the accomodations and amenities; staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the lack of parking even though guests pay extra for it."
"Property is well maintained but a bit dated. Also, this really feels more like a vacation club than a resort. Can of sun tan lotion for $25. seemed excessive."
