Cute room & great, easy communication. My kids wouldve preferred a real bed rather than a gout on to share but it worked out fine other than their complaints. Room would be perfect for 3 people. You do have to walk outside to the indoor lobby for. Many rooms but there are coffe, tea and snacks available for purchase for bring food and use the toaster.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately the room could not properly accommodate the number of guests booked due to a broken pull out bed. Would recommend calling ahead to confirm accommodations. The staff did try to help with a blow up mattress.

Neat little motel, nicely decorated and good enough for a night's rest. The room was stuffy due to lack of ventilation, and when the guests moved into the room next door, fortunately we don't speak Italiano, as we could hear the whole conversation.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Could not adjust air conditioning so was very hot & stuffy.Although the bed was comfortable, we did not sleep well due to temperature of room. Feedback from our guests is invaluable, and it helps us to continually improve our services.Upon reviewing the circumstances surrounding your reservation, it appears that we had to cancel your stay due to a declined credit card transaction. Please understand that we, like most hotels, rely on guaranteed methods of payment to hold reservations. This is a measure that ensures rooms are available for guests who intend to stay and pay for them. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly reached out to provide an opportunity for an alternative payment method but you declined to do so and therefore we had to cancel the reservation.

Good spot for resting after a day on the slopes. The “no check in check out” process is awesome and makes it so easy. Room was just what we needed - nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear a group in their room talking but thankfully everyone seemed to go to bed by midnight. Would definitely stay again while skiing nearby!

The text-based info and check-in messages made things easy. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a room with a “bonus” extra space with a couch, which was nice for apres ski relaxation. Only real complaint is that there was essentially nowhere to put clothes and wet ski gear other than little hooks in the door frames. We were tripping over and moving gear around the whole weekend. Some sort of coat rack and shelving or cubbies would go a long way. Otherwise a great stay and ideal location.

Simple room but two queen beds. Only issue is if you have Room 7, you’re directly under the stairs to the entrance and it can be quite noisy early and late in the day

Hi Eric, Thank you for taking the time to write us the review. We agree that Room 7 can get noisy due to its location in the lodge. We do however have other units located in other parts of the building that are better situated for less noise. We also have various types of units that are larger and come with more amenities (e.g. two bedroom units with full living rooms and kitchens). We hope you give us a chance to come back and stay in another unit that may be more suitable.
