The room was clean and quiet. It was also in a good location on the first floor so it was easy to take our luggage in and out. The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful in solving some issues in our room. The housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The parking lot was spacious. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We had to extend our stay for one day and there was no problem with being able to keep our room. Transition went smoothly. The hotel is also very convenient to getting downtown. We didn’t have to walk far to get to Main Street. Very nice town.

The place is understaffed (not too friendly at the front counter) and in need of a complete renovation. The housekeeping staff is doing all they can, but every wall and every tile needs replaced/painted. The rooms are clean, but gross - hard to describe. We won’t ever be back.

Building could use a spruce up, the room doors let sound and light through. However great spot and quiet. Comfortable beds. Amazing front desk staff. Lots of parking. So close to downtown. Google made it look farther. Breakfast has lots of great choices. Would stay again if I had the chance to get back to walla walla.

The location was great because it was right off the freeway, so it was very easy access and close to a lot of restaurants that were even walkable. The room itself was a bit to be desired. The pillows had stains on them that were very large and gross looking. I thought it was just a pillowcase, proceeded to take it off and found that it was also on the pillow. We asked to have our room made up as there is a note on the mirror in the bathroom that states you have to ask if you wanted housekeeping to clean your room. They said that they would and they never did so on our third day. We had no toilet paper and no clean towel’s and obviously no clean bedding.

The location of the property is great and the property from outside looks fine too, but the rooms were terrible. The rooms had unpleasant smell, the sheets had a lot of dust and a lot of spots, and the carpet was not cleaned properly.
