The lady who checked me in was super fast, friendly, and very helpful. She made me feel so welcome. Her customer service was the best I ever experienced in any hotel. I will definitely tell my job to book with y’all due to her customer service

Great choice for a quick spot outside of Houston
The front desk clerk was wonderful. Our room had a short shower curtain and the knob pulled off the shower, but as soon as I brought this to their attention, they took care of it without hesitation. I was expecting a bit more for breakfast, but it was adequate. Had to stay out here due to National Championship game taking up all our usual spots for our appointments at MDA. Great location for us all things considered. If traveling, a great choice!

Room was not cleaned after first night stay. I'm Marriott Bonvoy member and they charged me for a bottle of water

The rooms are cleaned the 3rd day of your stay. If you are here 2 days unfortunately the room does not get cleaned unless you request it. We also unfortunately do not offer complementary bottles of water. I apologize for that. If you are ever back in the area, please come back and see us.

Looks like a new property but all the details were great! The young lady at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and welcoming! The stay was short but we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay!

I’m So happy I picked this hotel. Very modern, clean, safe. The amenities are great and clean also. The hot buffet style breakfast for FREE! You cannot beat this. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I traveled from Miami to visit my niece at the college nearby. This will Now be my go To hotel

The commode was broken not affixed to the ground well and was very unlevel. When I told the front desk at checkout they said oh yes sir. You already told us. I had not which means that you knew that it was unsafe and still booked the room. That is very inappropriate. There were other issues but that one was the biggest. How many people have to mention a safety concern before it is corrected?? Walls were thin and the noise level was rather high. Considering that we were out almost $200 for the one night I had expected better.

The staff at the front desk is absolutely the most delightful and helpful. A wonderful place to stay after going to the Renaissance Festival. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choices even for vegans. Very clean and quiet.

No real problem, but there needs to be an explanation for using the shower. Also, when washing my hair the conditioner hanging on the wall the pump was not opened. My husband and I could not get it open.

Bedding, including sheets were stained and very unclean. The carpet in room was stained with purple and brown, also purple stains on the wall. The only positive, was the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and professional. Checked out within a few hours.

There was a lot of water in the surrounding parking lot including the main entrance to the property. The property was clean, nice and the staff was amazing just not pet friendly.

I stayed here due to attending antique week in Round Top. I was staying in Sealy and the hotel I was staying at ended up being horrible...had a smell, bugs on the bed, fleas, etc. So staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites was an emergency stay and ended up being amazing. Easy check in, easy parking, great shop Market downstairs by the check in desk with drinks, ice cream, and easy microwaveable meals. We will definitely be staying here again during local rodeos and Waller County Fair!
