โWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerโs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. โ
โIn a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.โ
โawesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you donโt feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. โ
โComfortable room, easy check in process, functional. It had everything we needed for the small amount of time we were indoors. Would stay here again. โ
โMy daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.โ
โThe property was lovely, but definitely not ADA compliant. Expect between 15-45 stairs to get to your room. I did not realize this was a rental property/AirBnB when booking through Expedia, and was expecting a hotel until I got hit up for an additional cleaning fee above and beyond what Expedia was charging for the room. โ
"One of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price."
