"I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, located right next to Taipei 101, and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay. The view from the room was outstanding, offering a beautiful perspective Taipei 101. Cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. "Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
