"Our room was very clean. Several options for breakfast including waffles, cereal, yogurt and bagels. Staff was friendly and helpful when our grandson had problems with his key card. There isn't an elevator to the second floor so luggage needs to be carried up. Perkins was a short walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"This is a old travellodge, they have really gone with the theme of Gettysburg. Staff was great, breakfest was ok. At least they had waffles. I do not like putter eggs. There are a few repairs need to be done ie ice maker on the 2nd floor but no big deal. Hotel is right down in the middle of everything. Will most definitely be back."

"Rooms were clean. Free Breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am! Staff as nice. Decent amount of parking. Just minutes outside from Downtown Gettysburg. Worth it! You can also bring pets too for an additional fee!!"

"From check-in through check-out, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I sparked up a conversation with Brian, the man who cleans up the fire rings and outsides of the properties and what a sweet and hard working man he is. The grounds are beautiful. The campground is so much bigger than I’d appreciated. We had such a nice family vacation and highly recommend Drummer Boy to everyone! We are already planning our next trip and will bring our entire, extended family next time. Don’t forget your fishing poles and bathing suits! There’s a large, stocked pond with bass, catfish and trout. They have two pools which are very clean and refreshing. It’s a great place for families, couples or solo. You can even bring your dog if you follow the rules for that (leashing, etc.). Gettysburg is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. Sprawling fields, farms and forests enveloped in such rich history. The town has beautiful boutiques and excellent restaurants. We will be back! Thank you Drummer Bou!"
