"We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown for a vacation getaway, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better...steps away from the restaurants we enjoyed and within easy walking distance of every venue we visited. It made exploring downtown Greenville effortless and fun. Thomas truly made our stay easier. His professionalism and kindness set the tone the moment we arrived, and every interaction with him was helpful and welcoming. Our room was spotless, well laid out, and comfortable. The water pressure was great, the noise levels were low, and the view added a nice touch to the overall experience. We also appreciated how convenient the parking garage access was. The lobby area is wonderful (bright, clean, and inviting) and both the onsite dining and nearby food options were fantastic. Whether we wanted something quick or something more leisurely, everything was right at our fingertips. Overall, this hotel delivered exactly what we hoped for: comfort, convenience, and genuinely great service. We would absolutely stay here again for our next Greenville trip."
