"This hotel was a little gem! Incredibly well located to the station and centre, we had a beautiful room looking at onto the front with plenty of room for me and my three children. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were brilliant. The little area on the first floor for complimentary drinks was a real treat. Top rated, I would go back anytime."

"Very accomodating staff. I like how spacious the rooms are. Free parking. Only downside we had was no bedside tables, and plugs were very difficult to find/access. Still, would love to stay here regardless."

Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety! 😋 The location was also extremely conveniant - got off the shuttle bus from Lille airport at the train station and just had to cross the street. Also being so close to the train station and EuraLille Westfield was a great discovery, not to mention being able to easily access it all by foot. Definitely will be staying here next time I return to visit Lille!"

"This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe! When they say five stars, they mean it!!! As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The staff is exemplary and immediately makes you feel like a valued guest! The gentleman checking us walked us to our room, turned on the lights, and showed us some of the amenities on our way to our room. The room is so comfortable and beautiful! Even the room coffee and filtered water are wonderful details that exceed any other hotel! The architecture is a masterpiece as they retro fit this luxury hotel into an existing building. The art in the hallways, the centered lounge, and spa are so classy and chic! I’m thankful that I got to rest here after three tiring days of exploring Christmas Markets in Belgium and Germany. This hotel sets the gold standard!"
