Room amenities were nice. Good hotel with free parking but excessively overpriced bar. Not all food on menu was available. Breakfast for a fee, we didn't use it. Room needed some maintenance. The bar server was very friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property feels very new, is exceptionally clean, and features modern, stylish decor throughout. We especially appreciated the 24-hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was super super clean. Everybody was very friendly. The rooms were immaculately cleaned . breakfast offered was very, very nice and good. The front desk lady told us about taking our car over rental and dropping it off and having a shuttle back to the room and then the shuttle could take us to the airport in the morning. That was fabulous information. Thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
No hot water on second day (2 day stay) of reservation… entire wing we were told had no hot water! Limited TV channels and the on screen guide was totally wrong for the shows and even the channels listed as available. Duh. Very disappointing to have lame TV when we were hunkered at the hotel during the Nor’easter. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room coffee pot made nice “hot” coffee.

Lovely staff. Food was good with a burger cooked as requested. a limited menu but with enough to satisfy most people. Room was very clean. Lighting was dim but adequate. There was a hunt for a hair dryer which is hung in a slim closet with the ironing board not in the bathroom. Shuttle driver was pleasant The shuttle is on demand which was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel an easy walk from the rental car site

We dined at the restaurant of the hotel. The chef’s chicken dinner and seafood were superb, prepared with the care reminding us of meals in France. The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there.

We stayed here because if it’s convenient location to the airport. The airport was nice enough for our needs for a one night stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus we were able to park at the hotel long-term during our vacation and we were able to get on a shuttle to catch our flight early in the morning. I would recommend it for flights out of Providence.
