We received a very warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was clean and to a modern standard. Bathroom excellent Spacious room. This wasn’t our favorite stay. •Broken lift •Leaking toilet •Gurgling sink •pullout bed a health hazard for a child where the metal arms are. •musty smell from air conditioning unit. On the plus side breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. We didn’t ask to switch room as after lugging all our luggage and pram, two children upstairs didn’t have the energy and also had a feeling all the rooms would be similar. We wouldn’t return to this hotel.
