"Didnt check out breakfast so i cant say about that but everything was great. We checked in while there was an incident with the pool and it had to be closed for the night. A couple guest were upset about it and we watched the lady at the front desk help with there issue. She was so professional and handled it so well. She was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, no complaints. And the ac worked great. It was a great trip "

"Parking was easy right outside the hotel. Free from 9pm - 9am. Or valet available. Staff was friendly and efficient."

"The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. "

"Room was clean and staff were very nice. Breakfast was just okay. Location was good for us. The elevator had some issue so we told them and it was fixed by the morning."

"Large room - generally clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Small annoyances like no body wash in shower, but generally pleasant stay. "

"The building had broken out windows. Most of the blinds were missing slats. The hotel itself smelled horrible. Would not stay there for nothing. We actually checked in somewhere else."

"Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake."

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."
