Positive: Apartment was convenient to the Crystal City Metro station. The neighborhood was safe and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Negative: The listing says there is a pool available, but it costs $30 extra and only 2 people can use it. The check in process was unnecessarily complex. Amenities in the room were cheap; the washer/dryer was out of order, an arm on the couch was broken, the lid on the garbage can was broken, and the dining chairs were uncomfortable. The listing says it can accommodate 6 guests, but having only 1 shower makes it more suitable for a family with small children rather than 6 adults. Overall the apartment would be adequate for a short stay. However, during our 4 night visit we wished we had a more comfortable place to rest after long days of walking around the D.C. area.
