Very spacious, clean. Beds were all comfortable. Located a short distance from the freeway made getting around convenient. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the community pool, so having the hot tub on the deck was convenient and great!

Very nice place to relax.

Very nice home. Had many extra conveniences at the ready. We booked through hotels.com so the process surprised us having to sign contracts and pay when we already had given our credit card upon renting which took an extra hour. Despite this, the house was well-appointed and laid out. Plenty of room and in great condition. Pool and hot tub were great too.

We were supposed to have bunk beds in both upstairs rooms with the queen beds, but we only got the queen beds. Next time I will text to make sure we are given the correct unit.staff was willing to accommodate us and put us in another room the next day, as we arrived late. We will stay again. It's a very nice place.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious, tons of room for a large family. Some of the supplies were empty when we arrived and had some issues with the drains but I’m sure they cleared those up. Check in directions were confusing and didn’t make sense.

Was it amazing. So cozy and comfortable and a great price overall. A couple small things like found some trash from previous people who stayed. The Foosball table was broken. And the propane tank was empty and we wanted to grill. Other than that the beds were super comfy and the house has a bunch of different amenities for cooking and entertainment. I am not sure how it sleeps 12 people i could only count 9 to 10 beds unless they were hidden beds in the couches. But again would definitely go back.

The property and unit itself were very nice, the unit was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs and loved having the private hot tub. The pool was also very nice. My main concern was just the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. Whoever is doing the cleaning is doing the very bare minimum at best. There were chips under the autumn table in the living room that were clearly visible and just not cleaned as well as one of the sandwich presses in the pantry was covered in someone else’s dried on food. The furnace filters that you can see from the second floor were filthy, they don’t look like they have been replaced in a very long time and all of the vent fans in the bathrooms as well as ceiling fans were completely covered in dust, we also noticed a large cobweb in the corner of the living room. These units would benefit from having a deep clean ln occasionally as the person currently cleaning is just getting away with bare minimum. We did have to call due to the garbage disposal being clogged with food that was not our own and the maintenance team was able to come out the next morning and get that fixed. We did love the unit aside from this and would stay here again but just feel that these cleanliness issues need to be addressed to ensure that these units stay nice.

This townhome was the most beautiful house I’ve stayed in. The host was very friendly and helped with all of my questions. Every room was big, the bed was insanely comfortable and it felt like home. Easy cleanup on our end as well. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay however there were things that need improvement, Bath towels were worm and could use fabric softener. The washing machine really needs a deep clean. It smells sour dishwasher also needs a deep clean and the racks don’t stay in place when you pull them out or put them back furniture was pretty soiled and could use a cleaning. Also there was no paper towel nor Kleenex on the premises just would like to know that before we come so we can bring up with us in the future, though these things were annoying. It would not keep me from staying there again. Just wanted to give my review parents.

The owners were either messing with the air conditioning or they purposely set the air conditioning to high temperatures. We were so warm in the middle of the night but the thermostats were locked. Also they didn’t take out the trash can, so the garage was very smelly. The house was quite nice though.

Beautiful property! This place had all the bare necessities. It’s also a corner lot which was easy to get into. Bedding and couches were comfortable. My only few complaints were dirty dishes from previous rental were left in dish washer, hair balls floating around and the minimal toilet paper.

Adventure Awaits

The unit was spacious and beautiful but the second we entered there were concerns of cleanliness. The garbage was left from the previous tenant. A pacifier was on the couch. There was a water flask on the counter and cleaning supplies sitting on a chair at the top of the stairs. There was only one kitchen towel. No spices or stocked items at all with what was there obviously left from previous visitors. There were two towels per bathroom but more than 2 people used the showers in those rooms plus there was a hot tub. We ended up washing towels to have enough. The location is beautiful and on a quite street. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of adventure. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice if they would have included a map to find our destination as google maps was having a difficult time finding it and we drove around trying to locate it. The check in time is actually 4pm not 3 pm that was listed on Hotels.com. Lots to do. Very close to the pool and to a walking path. Pickle ball courts were always busy.
