Hotel Rendale Washington DC
I arrived at the front desk and was given a key that did now work. Had to get down and get a working one. Was charged $30 extra at checkin for nothing. The room was at 81 F! Had to go down again and ask for someone to come up and turn on the A/C. There was no regular bed in the room, 4 bunkbeds!!! ...
