“Check-in is already late at 4 PM, and after driving 12 hours to get there we were tired. We waited till 4 then were told our room wasn’t ready yet so they offered us a discount to eat at their restaurant while we waited. (This has happened multiple times) It was Mother’s Day so a nice dinner sounded good.
