“The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. The location of the hotel is not in the best location and a bit sketchy of an area. I wasn’t comfortable coming in and out of the hotel alone. They allow the food delivery services in the elevator and to access entire hotel, they don’t require food deliveries to be left in lobby or remain in lobby until the guest can meet them. I would try to find another hotel next time I’m in town.”

“Our room upstairs, Hallway on 2nd floor smelled like weed and kids were noisy, 3-4am crowd of people walked and made noise from across of us. Bathroom water that connects to shower got stuck several times told staff and they didn’t say anything. Cleaning lady told us it’s been like that? 😳”

“Great hotel. I would definitely stay there again. There was a small lizard in my bathroom; however, the engineer was sent to my room quickly to solve the issue. All of my needs were met in a timely manner. Lights did go out for about 6 hours during my stay due to a storm; however, they were on once I returned. Highly recommend!”

“The room 314 we were assigned to was infested with roaches. We complained and showed proof both with pictures and videos and were assigned room 324. We opened the door and flipped the light switch on and it was like roachville in there. We immediately went back to the front office and asked to speak to the manager and Lana the receptionist said the manager wouldn’t be in until that following Tuesday. Will be going to speak to the manager tomorrow to get my full refund! DO NOT stay here unless...

“Being a corporate hotel we thought it would be maintain better than it was. We saw and killed quite a few roaches. The night staff was not nearly as pleasant as the day staff.”

“Very dirty and unsafe room, sliding glass door lock was broken, wires running through the floor, moldy bathtub, strong bleach smell in the rooms made almost impossible to breathe. I can’t understand how a hotel is operating in those conditions. Expedia should verify the product before offer it to the customers.”
