"Staff was absolutely amazing. (Front desk) Room was just okay. Reserved the superior instead of deluxe and was pretty disappointed. Windows were cracked and had bullet holes. Could hear everything. Was definitely not the cleanest, although the hallway and front desk area smelt very nice. Towels were stained brown and toilet was not bolted down. We did not stay for breakfast. This place definitely needs a makeover. You get what you pay for. "
