No soap or shampoo in the restroom, the table and desk in the rooms did not look like they had been wrapped down. Entrance door scanner was broken. water stains in the ceiling. Towels had spots on them, refrigerator rocked. Remote control was dirty."

"There was a major mixup with my room. After an hour of working with Expedia the front desk clerk got me into a room. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good. The COFFEE IS ALWAYS THE BOMB! I recomend this hotel and will stay again."
