“The property building and carpark is in need of renovations. The property is located directly on the beach, great for a walk. The room itself was outstanding with all modern amenities and a great sea view. Comfortable queen bed, double shower, sitting area. The bar was great, the young barman Jason was fantastic, great suggestions on drinks and just managed everyone well. It was also the locals bridge club night so that bought in another 20 people. “Good place to stay between Kilkenny and Waterford.”

“Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good.”

“The room was terrible the bedding was old and carpet was so stained and dirty room smelled of cigarette smoke and damp would never stay here again when I asked to be moved to a different room because of the smell I was told to spray some airfreshener as they won't be moving me horrible service”
