"Hotel was a great base to visit brugges. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were glad to have a view of the pool from the balcony. The communication from the hotel was great and they explained that you must make your own beds which didnt bother us. The pools were nice but was crowed with noisy children during certain times of the day. "The cabin we stayed in was lovely and we enjoyed watching the Alpacas very much. The location is great as it is a five minute drive from nice beaches and restaurants etc. However, the cleaning fee is absurd and costs as much as a nights accommodation. This is even more of a joke after you’re expected to virtually clean and tidy the entire cabin before you leave. We were told 35€ Would be the cleaning fee on the phone however were then charged 65."

"Property is in a great location just behind the Vrijdagmarkt a vibrant square which is a short walk to the main square with St Nicholas Church, the Cathedral and the Belfry. An underground car park is just around the corner where you can park as long as you like for a fee. The apartment was well designed to make the most of the space, comfortable, clean & tidy. I would recommend if staying in Gent. "

"Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention."
