"So I’ll start with I’m happy they had availability but I really wished I had checked the Cheerio Inn bc that’s where I normally stay. But aside from the availability, I was happy to be greeted by the owners and their dog who was sweet. Check in was seamless even though she wasn’t accustomed to the hotels.com booking and I was able to get to my room quickly. As empty as it was however I didn’t like when they put two men in a room right next to mine. I am a single female and definitely didn’t feel...

Arrived around 10pm. The desk clerk was nice. Upon arriving in room, realized there was no hairdryer in room. When making reservation, I was told there were hairdryers in rooms. The desk clerk said they didn't have hairdryers. The next morning we went to enjoy the continental breakfast. Availability of items was not what I expected. It was okay though. The gentleman that was supposed to be at the front desk was sitting in the lobby when the TV very loud!! He was not friendly AT ALL!! ...

I have stayed here several times during the week for work. On this occasion we stayed over for a weekend to visit my work company and meet up with a few friends. The service was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many places and I usually don’t have room service unless it’s needed. The cleaning staff noticed I didn’t ask for room service, but asked me on several occasions if I wanted fresh towels or needed anything. I truly appreciated that.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My only issue (and this is minor, really) was that the TV was a little hard to figure out. I couldn't get my phone to connect to it via Bluetooth to stream some shows, since the cable had limited offerings. Not a deal breaker by any means, but maybe something to consider during future upgrades.

Clean room, crisp clean sheets, fluffy towels. My only complaint was the drapes don't close on the window. The shear drapes did, but the heavier drapes are only a foot wide so they cannot close. There was a bright light outside which went right through the shear curtain. Otherwise...everything was great. Breakfast was also great.
