“Don't get me wrong. Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and food was good. Unfortunaetly when is -1 outside and you turning heating off from 8pm for over the night. Room temp droping to 12 degrees. When I arrived heating was on but not, when ive returned from meal. I'was shivering all night and couldnt sleep. No one there at night to complain. Cannot recommend you guys, no matter how cheap or expensive it was, you should look after customers. ”

“We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. ”

“Lovely stop on the way to Cornwall. Gorgeously comfortable bed and linen. We arrived exhausted from a long transatlantic flight with 2 cats and the owner was so kind to us. She saved our bacon as we honestly could not have driven further! Superb breakfast and we will definitely return 💜”

Very nice toiletries provided and excellent tea/coffee/hot chocolate in room facilities with biscuits! “Only stayed one night, to break up our journey. Easy booking via Expedia, easy to find with ample parking. Lovely friendly welcome at reception by Lil. We had a nice, spacious, spotlessly clean room with A Patio ! We couldn't resist the Sunday carvery which was very nice, as was the breakfast the next morning. So with a lovely location, nice friendly staff giving great service, what is not to like. Thanks to all of your hardworking staff & looking forward to visiting again soon. M&S”

“This is a lovely hotel. We didn't know what to expect and upon arrival, were delighted by the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the manager who greeted us. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities that we would expect. Breakfast was next level. A full English breakfast, including a full gluten-free and veggie option with doorstop toast. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and can't recommend it enough if...
