The staff was eager to please, the bed was comfortable, the bed and bathroom linens were very nice, and the area was surprisingly quiet. The building is pretty decrepit, and the room was snug but clean and warm.

We couldn’t get into the office on arrival. It’s an old motel that needs serious upgrades. We didn’t have coffee in our room although there was a coffeemaker. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had been renovated.

When we say the picture on Expedia, we assumed the unit included a kitchen, but it was only a kitchen room available for all guests (a little deceiving). However we found the management very accommodating, providing all we asked for (dishes, bowls, cutlery, paper plates). Room was clean. Housekeeping service was very very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

This place was clean but the shower did not work. There is a train line right beside it but the last train I heard was before 9:30 p.m. and I heard a huge truck go by before that as well. It seems quiet after that and I got a really great night sleep and was not awakened by any other noises. I didn't actually really mind my stay here but the price was a little too much for it.

The motel is very dated, including the decor and furniture. However it was clean and tidy, and quiet. You wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a resort, however, if just a good night's sleep, it's serviceable.

When we arrived, we were given the keys and entered a room that wasn’t cleaned and the bedding was in disarray. The manager was very apologetic, but it started our experience off on a not so nice foot. He then went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in our room. It ended up being a great place to stay and we will for sure come back when we visit the spa again. Thanks! Also… TB’s is such an incredible place to eat right around the corner from the Sundown! 💛
