"The facility is clean but a bit tired. The WiFi did not work. The breakfast was supposed to be a muffin and orange juice, but in reality it was a prepackaged muffin (one option) and no OJ. The manager on duty when I was checking out was on a personal phone call (arguing with someone at his house). I stood at the front desk for a few minutes and finally had to ask him twice if he could help be check out. (He never stopped his phone call.)"
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Convention Center
8/10 Good
"The breakfast was typical for included buffet ( sausage, waffle, cereal, bagels, etc)The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
The tub had been painted and the paint was peeling badly. Other than that is was fine. No mold and clean grout. The hallways and elevator were clean and carpet looked new."
"Over priced. If anyone uses water while you are showering your are either scolded or frozen. Rooms were average. Pool was nice. Grouses nest bar/reastaurant was decent. Me and my wife had the filets. They were cooked well and the salad was amazing. I would recommend staying elsewhere if it is feasible. Overall 3.5 out of 5 for me. Not 8 star either. More along the line of a 7. As it is an average hotel that is pricey. "
"Being next to the road, it was nice to get ear plugs. Parking was tight having a crowd of guests, but we managed. Staff was extremely friendly. thanks."
"Hotel was fine for the price. While outwardly attractive, the walls and ceiling were not sufficiently sturdy to prevent noise from rooms above and on the side from clearly reaching our room. The occupant above us was performing calisthenics or some other physical activity and we heard it all until after midnight. He started in again at 7:00 a.m. in the morning and woke both my wife and me. He was soon joined by someone in the room next door playing rap music around 7:30 a.m. The free breakfast was just okay and less varied than most such breakfasts at similar hotels—more of a continental breakfast than a hot breakfast. Coffee, a microwave for packages of oatmeal, a toaster for bread and bagels, a little pastry, some fruit, a waffle maker and cereal with milk."
