"This place is amazing!!!!! Clean, quiet, food is excellent, hosts are wonderful. I wish we had booked more than one night!!!! Private hot tub just adds to the experience. You can cook for yourself also, each cabin is set up perfectly. Note: Do not come here if you want to be connected to the outside world - slow wifi and no cell service."
"If you reserve a room w a jetted tub make sure you ask for room 203 to get the one pictured on the website. Rm 207 also has a lovely tub and interior but, sadly no couch
Other than that miscommunication we had a lovely time and will definitely be back"
"Our room looked to be newly renovated and we were very pleased with it. The breakfast just needs to have someone who can replenish the items as they run out in a timely fashion ( the last morning I got tired waiting and just went to Tim Horton’s around the corner). Overall I would definitely come back."
"Beautiful place to stay, large rooms, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and safe. Breakfast was well organized with a good variety, large rooms, and access to an outdoor space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking."
"Greeted well at reception. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. We only had one night but would happily stay longer. It’s very convenient for the many trails and waterfalls in the area.
We had a drink in the bar and a snack which was good. Staff were excellent, nice and friendly and made you feel welcome as did the locals in the bar. Only thing to note is a great breakfast but allow plenty of time as it’s cooed to order."
"Thank you for a great stay. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and friendly.
In the morning when I came past the front desk to get breakfast a lady was very upset and yelling at the same gentleman. Something about housekeeping had come to her room at 7:30 am when she had the do not disturb sign up. I heard her yelling that at him 3-4 times. Your staff person was talking very quietly and politely to her even though she certainly was not politely complaining.
After having breakfast I went to him and told him I was sorry that the lady had yelled at him, that there were better ways to complain without yelling and to not let her ruin his day! He should be commended for dealing well with this lady."
